Shipping Policy:
- COVID-19 Update:
All orders are sent first class with Royal Mail, however, there are current disruptions to some of Royal Mail’s services leading to delivery taking up to 2-3 days to arrive.
Delivery:
All orders placed are printed and produced on demand within our UK studio. Greeting cards are dispatched within 1-2 working days after an order has been placed, and all other items are dispatched 3-5 working days after final proof approval.
Once printed your order is sent to you via the below delivery methods:
Greeting Cards:
- Sent via Royal Mail first class service (untracked)
- Delivery next working day however please note the COVID-19 update above
- Cost: from £0.95 (single card) - £1.40 (multiple cards)
Economy Delivery:
- Sent via Royal Mail second class service (untracked)
- Arrives 2-3 working days after dispatch
- Cost: from £2.95
Standard Delivery:
- Sent via Royal Mail first class service (untracked)
- Arrives next working day after dispatch
- Cost: from £3.95
Tracked Delivery:
- Sent via Parcel Force 24 hour service
- Arrives next working day after dispatch
- Cost: from £9.95
Returns & Cancellations
Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not typically accept returns. If you are not happy with your order please let us know within seven days of receipt of the parcel. We also cannot accept returns of seed cards that have already been planted.
For non-personalised products, we accept returns within 28 days of receipt of the parcel, please email support@theseedcardcompany.com to start the return process. We will accept goods returned in their original dispatch condition. We are not responsible for the return shipping costs and return shipping costs are not refundable.
